We all know that the hardest part about shopping is waiting for the items to arrive. So, Inner Voice Designs take great care to ensure that the designs are carefully packaged and shipped to arrive exactly as you anticipate. With each piece being handcrafted our usual shipping estimate is 5-7 business days for rings and 24-48 hours for pendants.
How much is my shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $60 within the United States. Also, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
When will my order ship?
Pendants will be shipped within 24-48 hours, and rings will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped, and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Free shipping deals DO NOT apply to any International orders. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment

What about government taxes and fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed
by your government. Inner Voice Designs does not charge these fees, and we have no control
over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the
shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about
additional fees.
Are your items legal in my country?
You are responsible for the legality of the importation of the item(s) you have ordered.
What if my items are seized or refused by customs?
Inner Voice Designs is not responsible for any item(s) seized by customs of the destination
country. All sales are final. We will not provide a refund of any kind. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges, fees and/or duties incurred on returned
or refused shipments.
